Bon this is a PASS grade piece of work. In order to improve it you must try to use climbing specific terms e.g. climber and belayer. Also try to explain the hazards in a little more detail rather than saying "fall of the climbing wall". Say "a hazard could be failing from the climbing wall if your belayer wasn't paying attention. this could mean you hit the ground or land on another climber".
